Integrated Solutions LLC is a Regional Mortgage Field Service provider based out of Yorktown, IN.
We manage properties for our Clients. We visit properties, Take Photos, Provide Bids, and Complete work as directed by each work order. Then we submit these results to our clients. Everything from Grass Cuts, Winterizations, Trash Outs, to Securing. Our Company has over 10 years of experience in this industry. Our #1 priority is to please our Clients. To do that we understand that orders must get completed correctly and be submitted in a timely manner. We also understand that Communication is a Big Part of what we do on a daily basis. We communicate with each other and our contractors daily regarding the status of work orders and document when they will be completed. Then this information is provided to our Clients. Integrated Solutions is a Family Oriented Business. Not by blood…but by bond. We communicate with each other just as much as we do with our own families.
